I and my family came across Metro Home in 2019 in our quest to buy an apartment and having gone round and introduced to some companies, we got into one of the completed apartments of Metro homes and taken round by Funto, we fell in love with what we saw.
The well laid out Estate with good finished apartments, 24hrs security and well trained personnel, 16-24 hrs power supply, good water and drainage system, good road and a well-set playing ground. This made us to key into the flexible payment plan introduced to us. And today we are happy doing business with them I cannot end without a mention of the good and humble staff always ready to see you through by way of encouragement, ready to attend to clients at all times, particularly Miss Funto who was always not tired of our troubles of always taking us round even in the sun. My thoughts on Metro & Castle
I came across Metro & Castle through its MD, Mr Kunle Abdul a little over a year ago. We were then shopping for an accommodation to start a private business and desired to have a place at the shopping mall housing their corporate office, the Metro Mall.
The reception was quite warm and exceeded the expectations at first meeting. Attracted by the simplicity and quality of the metro mall, we expressed the desire to have a plot of land around their complex for non-residential construction. The company without wasting time established the much needed contacts, got an encumbrance free land which facilitated our commissioning them to construct a replica of their mall.
The result is the beautiful Day to Day Delight mall built and delivered on our instructions to specifications and ahead of schedule. I find the passion, commitment, dedication, honesty and transparency of the Metro & Castle management and staff unique in a society where such virtues have become a scarce commodity.
It is no surprise that the company has single handily transformed the Atlantic layout estates with its signature on most of the beautifully finished and ongoing projects in the area. The rising profile of Metro & Castle is therefore not unexpected in view of its giant stride in building/ construction. Its track record is unarguably admirable. I heartily recommend the company to any individual or corporate body desperately in search of competent and reliable developers.
